Harrogate
Harrogate is a delightful visually stunning town, full of amassing architecture and floral displays. Harrogate is a spa town and the Royal Pump Room is built over the site of the strongest sulphur spring in England, were the water can still be sampled today. The Victorian Turkish Baths in the town are unrivalled and offer the perfect opportunity to indulge yourself at one of the few remaining examples of its kind.
A town rich in culture and heritage Harrogate today has a cosmopolitan air with its café culture, wine bars and restaurants. Harrogate is also renowned for its colorful street entertainment and the summers international festival were the streets come alive with some of the best street theatre and lively acts. The town is great for shopping or to simply relax and wonder among the streets and flowers.
Harrogate enjoys the amassing surrounding countryside of North Yorkshire, which is dotted with excellent villages and towns. The whole of North Yorkshire offers some amazing scenic views weather you walk, cycle or take a drive into the country. There are many dramatic sites to visit in the Dales from Brimham Rocks to Tom Taylor's Cave, with many other's to explore.
