Transport in Glasgow

By car: Glasgow is easily accessed by car from the M74, M8, and A90, also the A82. Ones in the center there are many car parks to choice from in different part of the city, all of which are sign posted and pay and display.
By coach: There are regular services to and from Glasgow from all over the U.K. by National Express Coach, which offer a good service from a wide range of pick up points and destinations. Glasgow also has an excellent network of bus services throughout the city and beyond. At many of the bus stops and stations outside the city you will find a Park and Ride Station car park, which offers great value for money and a very convenient way of travelling into the heart of the city without the hassle of a busy city drive. By train: Glasgow has 7 train stations. All of which are situated in the city center. Glasgow also has an underground service that runs under the city center on both sides of the River Clyde. Telephone: 0345 48 49 50
By air: Glasgow airport is just outside the city center and there is a fast and frequent Airlink bus service that runs from here into the center. Also near by is Prestwick International Airport from here there is a rail link service into the center of the city. Once in the city center the public transport runs at regular intervals, and provides a good service.
