Shopping in Liverpool

Liverpool is simply excellent for shopping. There are large pedestrian areas, Lord Street and Church Street. The shops concentrated around this area are all the big high street names, and in an area compact enough to explore what's on offer in one day, great for ease and enjoyment. The indoor shopping centers at Clayton square and St John's are also not to be missed plus there is also a daily market. For designer wear check out Cavern Walks Shopping Center located in the heart of the Cavern Quarter, were you can explore small specialist boutiques selling the latest designer wear. For unusual gifts, presents or souvenirs look around Albert Dock, were there are small crafts, gifts and souvenir shops in a pleasant waterside setting, with plenty of restaurants, pubs and cafes for that well earned rest.
